They needed to identify and reach hundreds of investors who specifically fund sustainability and clean energy ventures - but their team was spending weeks manually researching VCs, validating investment thesis fit, and finding contact information.

The Solution
Working alongside Ground Control (who handled the overall fundraising strategy), Kaizhen built a multi-stage investor research and outreach system:
Stage 1: Investor Intelligence Pipeline
We built a custom enrichment database pulling from multiple sources: SEC Form D filings for recent fund activity, LinkedIn profiles for partner-level contacts, Crunchbase for portfolio company analysis, and SignalDB for real-time funding signals. The system scored each investor on thesis fit, check size match, and recent activity in the sustainability sector.
Stage 2: Automated Outreach Engine
For qualified investors, we built a browser automation system that identified each investor's preferred contact method (website form, email, LinkedIn), auto-filled investor intake forms with personalized information, sent tailored emails to investors without web forms, and tracked all touchpoints in a central dashboard.
Stage 3: Batch Delivery System
